Perusal and Rehearsal Scripts

Scripts published by Moore Books are available in two ways: 1/ electronic PDF and 2/ paper or hard copy.

Perusal Scripts

1/ Perusal copies can be sent free of charge electronically in PDF format to a designated e-mail address.

2/ If a paper copy of a perusal script is required it can be sent by surface mail but it must be returned within 28 days at your own expense.

Rehearsal Scripts

1/ Performance scripts can be obtained by purchasing reproduction rights. For a fee you may copy as many scripts as are required for the production from a PDF. This is to replace the royalty payment a playwright would normally receive from the sale of hard copy scripts and is considerably cheaper for you than the purchase of a full set of hard copies.

Full Length Plays

Cast Size:      4 or less           $ 15.00

                        5 or more         $ 25.00

One Act Plays

Cast Size:      4 or less           $ 10.00

                        5 or more         $ 20.00

Short plays                              $ 10.00

As always we are willing to negotiate so if you have special requirements please contact us.

2/ If you require Moore Books to supply hard copies for rehearsal they will be provided but will cost at least $15 per script plus postage and packing. The price may vary depending on the size of the script. There will also be a short delay as copies of our scripts are not normally kept on hand.

Some of the scripts on this website are published by other companies. Details of which company publishes a script are contained on the page relating to that script. Scripts published by other companies must be obtained from that publisher although perusal copies may be available from this site.
